UPON A FLYBOY...
Jeremy Sam is an 8th grade
student living in Alberta, Canada. In 2008 Jeremy logged his
first hour, making him what is thought to be Canada’s
youngest student pilot. Today, Jeremy is a member of the
Edmonton Flying Club where he works each week toward a
personal goal of completing his first solo flight on his
14th birthday. Under the careful watch of his
instructor Jeremy’s dream of someday becoming a commercial
airline pilot gets closer each day.

EFC would like to recognize one of it's newest Commercial
Pilots! Travis Scobie completed his CPL flight test with a final mark of
96.2%!!! That is truly a remarkable achievement! Great work Travis!

RALLY!
This Canada Day, July
1st, EFC held its second annual Air Rally and BBQ. An air rally
is a chance for pilots to test their navigation, flight planning and pilot
skills.
GOLF
TRIP A HUGE SUCCESS!
Thanks to everyone who helped make this
year's golf trip to Barrhead a Huge success. It was a beautiful day
and there was much fun had by all. We hope to see everyone next year!
